这是atk运行完之后的run文件的一部分,我想分别提取出Spin Up 下面的62个原子的q值和Spin Down 下面的62个原子的q值,望高人指点用fortran语言如何操作。本人刚学Fortran,在网上搜了很多资料,还是没搞好。

若是出于学习Fortran的目的,可以用Fortran做。否则,真的没有必要。
复杂点的处理用bash脚本很方便,像这么简单的数据处理,只需要一个支持列编辑或正则替换的文本编辑器就能完成,用word或excel一样可以。

谢谢啊!那现在,我想把Spin Up和Spin Down的电荷数q写在一个文件里,一列为Spin Up的数据,另一列为Spin Down的数据,该怎么做呢?

因为我的.run文件很大,而且字符和数字是混在一起,上面只是.run文件的一小部分,所以我感觉应该不能用word或excel处理吧。bash脚本我不会,嘿嘿。很谢谢你!

你把上面的程序改一下就好了啊,提取那块儿是一样的……

把上面抓出来的数写到数组里,最后再输出就好了……
