投Applied Physics Letters 的文章昨天来信接收了，邮件里说：“To support the cost of wide dissemination of research results through publication of journal pages and production of a database of articles, the author's institution is requested to pay a page charge of $115 per page (with a one-page minimum) and an article charge of $20 per article. A link to the Rightslink service, for payment of applicable publication charges and ordering reprints, will be provided when proofs are ready for review.” 这个版面费是必须交的吗？以前听说APL的文章可以减免版面费，但是这封邮件里没有提到关于减免的事情啊？如果要减免的话，应该怎么做呢？有人说不交的话会影响信誉，有没有这样的危险啊？文章缀了一个国家自然科学基金和一个省自然科学基金。请虫子们指导啊~~~
