求问ISSNP(21世纪和谐核电论坛)是ei检索吗？

求高人指教。谢谢。 没搞明白这个是所有被接受的都会被ei检索，还是只有在会上做报告的被ei检索？ 另外这个会议，往届的论文网上找不到呢？ 怎么感觉这个会议不靠谱 （求指教。我只有4个金币，一次全送了） ISSNP2012 Publication All accepted papers of ISSNP2012 will be included into the conference proceedings.
