下面是编辑的回复，大家帮忙看看，到底是咋回事啊？
thanks for your email below. I have looked up your file and note that we have sent your paper to SEVEN different referees and chased each of them a number of times. I have no idea why your paper should be problematic in this respect, but I sem to have trouble in eliciting referee reports and I cannot proceed until I have some to base an editorial decision upon.

I am very sorry for this delay. I know you have nominated referees and I think we have tried all of these as well as others I nominated. You could nominate some more from outside your own country and I am perfectly willing to try these as well, but until I have reports I cannot proceed I am afraid. Alternatively you could try another journal, but I am not sure you would have more success there.

We have some 3000 submissions per year and most gain referee reports without a problem, and I am afraid your is one of those which are inexplicably problematic.

老兄，我只能说你投稿中彩票了。这些审稿人都跟你玩阴的起来啦，呵。不把审稿意见给编辑。
正如个别兄弟说所，你有两个选择：第一继续推荐新的、在你所在国家之外的审稿人；第二就是转投其他期刊。但是编辑告诉你，你的文章转投了，可能最后情况也不见得就好。
那么现在最好的选择有2个：第一找你所熟悉的国外的审稿人，让他们愿意审你的稿，这样就容易过关了。第二，转投到你认为比较信得过的期刊，重新来过。看你自己选择了。当然还有最后一个不靠谱的选择，就是继续等待。

顺便附上第一次讯问的回复：

Dear author,
your paper was registered on 5 October. It was sent to referees on 17 October and these referees have been chased 3 times since then. I am not sure what else we might reasonably be expected to do by now.
you could try and send me the names of FIVE other potential referees from outside your own country (name, institution, country, email) and I could also try some of these.
But I should say our review process normally takes 6-8 months so the fact you have not yet heard is not unusual.
