1 When the Mg ions concentration reachs to 6 mol%, the concentration have exceeded the threshold value of In ions.

2 It can be summarized from the previous works that the violet shift of the absorption edge is attributed to the increasing in the ability of adjacent dopant ions to polarize an O2- ion shortens the band gap of the valence electron transition.
