[求助] Analytica chimica acta 这算是委婉拒绝吗?还有没有戏啊？

Dear He,
On behalf of the editor handling your manuscript, I am writing to you in reference to your manuscript entitled:。。。。。。。。。
I regret to inform you that your manuscript was not found acceptable for publication in its present form. We would be prepared, however, to reconsider the manuscript if it can be revised to meet the objections detailed in the comments appended below.

The editors have set the major revision deadline at 42 days from the date of this letter. We would appreciate receiving your revised manuscript by that time.

If we have not received your revised manuscript 10 days before the revision's due date, we will send you a reminder.

Please note that the editors of Analytica Chimica Acta reserve the right to administratively reject your revision if it is received after the due date.
