| 摘要：目的：制备能够提高药物疗效减少毒副作用的土荆芥油(MTH)胃漂浮片。方法：采用直接粉末压片工艺，以羟丙基甲基纤维素（HPMC）及聚氧乙烯（PEO）作为凝胶骨架材料、碳酸钙为起漂剂、山嵛酸甘油酯为助漂剂制备胃漂浮片。以起漂时间、持续漂浮时间及释放度为评价指标筛选最佳处方，并进一步考察影响药物释放的因素。结果：体外评价显示自制片起漂时间<3min，持续漂浮及缓慢释放均达到8h。结论：自制土荆芥油胃漂浮片体外评价显示其具有良好的漂浮和缓释效果。 |

【Abstract】 Objective: To prepare mexican tea herb (MTH)-gastric-floating tablets for improving their efficacy and reducing their toxic side effects. Methods: The direct powder compression process was used to prepare gastric-floating tablets with hydrophilic matrix material of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (HPMC) and polyethylene oxide (PEO), initial floating agent of calcium carbonate and aided floating agent of behenyl triglyceride. The optimum formula was assessed by initial floating time, durative floating time and release rate. The factors influencing the drug release were also observed in this study. Results: The in vitro results showed that the initial floating time was less than 3 minutes and the sustained floating time and the slow release time were up to 8 hours. Conclusion: It suggests that MTH-gastric-floating tablets have a good floating and sustained-release effect. |

From the drift time , continuous floating time and release screening the best prescription for the evaluation and further examine the factors affecting the drug release . Results: In vitro evaluation showed that the drift time from the producer < 3min sustained floating and slow release are up to 8h . Conclusion: In vitro evaluation of Floating Drug homemade Chenopodium ambrosioides oil has a good floating and sustained-release effect . |
