对于不同刊物，标题中大小写要求不一样，有些刊物主要单词要求大写，而连词冠词小写，例如：
Differential Gene Expression for Investigation of Escherichia coli Biofilm Inhibition by Plant Extract Ursolic Acid
Dacheng Ren, Rongjun Zuo, Andrés F. González Barrios, Laura A. Bedzyk, Gary R. Eldridge, Mark E. Pasmore, and Thomas K. Wood

而有些刊物，则就只有第一个字母是大写的。例如：
