http://www.tandfonline.com/actio ... p;page=instructions
上面有样刊(免费的)和Instructions for authors的,或者看我贴的附件:
Instructions for authors

***Note to Authors: please make sure your contact address information is clearly visible on the outside of all packages you are sending to Editors. ***

Aims and Scopes, Full manuscripts.   This international journal publishes papers describing complete works of a scope which warrant full papers in the field of experimental polymer science. More specifically, papers describing research in the areas of polymer chemistry, such as polymer synthesis, thermodynamics, kinetics, mechanistic studies, grafting, emulsions, etc.; pre-ceramics; macromolecular metal complexes; advanced materials, such as liquid crystalline and non-linear optical polymers; applied polymer science; macromolecular materials for electronics; self assembling systems; surface and interfacial properties; mechanical properties of single molecules; synthesis of “green” polymers; soft lithography; polymers for prosthetic applications; electroluminescence; development of novel methodology; biomaterials/environmentally friendly for polymer synthesis materials; new methodology for polymer synthesis; conductive polymers; macromolecular materials for optical, conjugated polymer advances in devices; characterization of polymer properties; polymer-bound drugs; dendrimers; on- and in-line sensors for polymerization processes/optimal sensor selection; biomaterials at the nano-bio interface; functional nanomaterials synthesis and characterization of functional nanomaterials with special emphasis on photonics applications; fuel cells: synthesis and characterization of novel polymer electrolyte membranes that address the issues related to fuel cell commercialization; biomaterials/environmentally friendly materials; advanced materials derived from renewable resources/bio-degradable polymers and their nanocomposite/water based polymers will be considered for publication. We are also accepting short notes and article reviews.

Notes/Communications and Article Reviews.   This section will provide a forum for the rapid publication of papers reporting the latest important results, short reviews of topical areas, and selective papers with negative results.

Special Issues.   Publication of special issues is possible. Organizations or organizers of meetings and pertinent symposia are welcome to direct their inquiries to the Managing Editor.

Submission of Manuscripts.   Please note, due to the large number of submissions, it is our intent to publish only the results of “forefront research” in chemistry. We are now asking authors to provide clear evidence, in their paper and in their cover letter for a “significant advance” in the particular area of chemistry concerned. Please note, all authors are required to state clearly that the work submitted is original in nautre and has not been submitted to and/or published in whole or part in any other journal.

Manuscripts should be submitted to: lynrob310@aol.com  or lyngrob@tds.net . Articles are to be submitted electronically as a Word attachment. Upon acceptance, authors will be required to submit the revised paper by e-mail attachment for formatting purposes. A copyright release form (supplied with required revision instructions) must be signed and returned or the paper will not proceed to publication. Copyright forms may be submitted electronically by signing, scanning, and sending as an attachment, (not embedded in e-mail message).

Required Content.   Supply the full name, affiliation, mailing address, e-mail, phone, and fax for each contributor. The contact author should be identified with the preferred corresponding e-mail address supplied. Each article should have four to six keywords or short phrases describing the main topics of the article. The article type—full manuscript, note, review—should be specified. Clearly mark the required sections of the article: Abstract, Introduction, Experimental, Results and Discussion, Conclusions, References. The abstract should be one or two paragraphs summarizing the content of your article. Do not cite references, figures, or tables within the abstract. A shortened article title not more than 50 character spaces should be supplied as a Running Head.

Manuscript Preparation.   Be consistent in styling of headings: use of italics, symbols, and special characters. Use the numeral keys for 0 (zero) and 1 (one). Font size should be 12 and the paper should be double-spaced throughout including tables, references, and figure legends. All pages should be numbered. Do not insert manual page breaks, automatic numbering for lists. Cite all figures, tables, and equations in text (parenthetically or within a sentence). Place complex mathematical equations and chemistry on separate lines. Use MathType 5 or Equation Editor for simple equations in Word. All equations should be accessible for editing purposes.
References.   Reference citations should be numbered in text and cited in parentheses. Provide complete information (as described below) for references, bibliography, and source lines. Do not use Ibid., op cit., et al., or include annotations with the references. (Handle notes and explanations as footnotes to the text discussion.) Use the following examples:

Journal article :    Shumate, M.S., Menzies, R.T., Grant, W.B, McDougal, D.S. (1981) Appl. Opt., 20(2): 545-552. Use “in press” if not yet published.

Book :    Cox, R.A. Atmospheric Chemistry. In Modern Gas Kinetics: Theory, Experiment and Application, 2nd Ed. Cox, R.A., Ed. Blackwell Scientific Publications: New York, Vol. 3, 223-251, 1987.

Meetings or Conferences :    Prasad, A.; Jackson, P. Abstracts of Papers, Part 2, 212th National Meeting of the American Chemical Society, Orlando, FL, Aug 25-29, 1996; American Chemical Society; Washington, DC, 1996; PMSE 189.

Government Publications :    Sharma, M.M., and Mashelkar, R.A. Plastics for Environment and Sustainable Development, Indian Center for Plastics in the Environment (ICPE). Ministry of Chemical and Fertilizers Govt. of India, Chap.1, 1-30, 2003.

Electronic publications :    http://publish.aps.org/abstract/PRD/v61/e010303 (accessed June 2000).

Figures and Tables.   Number in the same sequence as discussed in the text. Number tables and figures separately starting with 1 (Fig. 1, etc.; Table 1, etc.). Include a full table title and figure legend; define all abbreviations and include a source line when applicable. Gather all figure legends at the end of the manuscript; do not place within artwork. Create tables using Word’s table function (tables should be accessible for editing purposes). Figures and micrographs should be clear and sharp. The originals should be included as well as separate files included on the disk. For multi-part figures, use lowercase letters (e.g., a, b) within the art. All figures, tables, and illustrations should be included in digital form upon acceptance. They must be 300 dpi or higher and sized to fit on journal page in EPS, TIFF or PSD format.
Color Reproduction.    Color art will be reproduced in color in the online publication at no additional cost to the author. Please ensure that color figures and images submitted for publication will render clearly in a black and white conversion for print.

Acceptance for Publication.   Once the review process is completed successfully, you will be notified of acceptance and given further instruction for submitting final files and high resolution images. Remember: (1) The article cannot be accepted for publication without the signed Copyright Release and (2) Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce previously published materials. As an author, you are required to secure permission if you want to reproduce any figure, table, or extract from the text of another source. This aplies to direct repdouction as well as "derivative repoduction" (where you have created a new figure or table which derives substantially from a copyrighted source).

Proofs.   Page proofs are sent to the designated author using Taylor & Francis’s Eproof system. Proofs must be checked and returned within 48 hours of receipt. This is the last opportunity to review the article.
Complimentary Policy and Reprints.    Authors for whom we receive a valid email address will be provided an opportunity to purchase reprints of individual articles, or copies of the complete print issue.  These authors will also be given complimentary access to their final article on Taylor & Francis Online.
