By Plane •From Stuttgart Airport, take lines S2 or S3 of the Underground («S-Bahn»  , directions «Schorndorf» or «Backnang». Get off at Vaihingen and change to bus line 81 (direction «Büsnau» and get off at «Max-Planck-Institute». •By car, take the A8, direction «Karlsruhe». At Autobahnkreuz Stuttgart see Car. Public transport from Stuttgart Hauptbahnhof (main-line station) •Take lines S1, S2 or S3 of the Underground («S-Bahn» , in the direction of «Herrenberg» or «Flughafen». •Get off at Vaihingen and change to bus line 81 (direction «Büsnau» and get off at «Max-Planck-Institute» (at Vaihingen station you can also take a taxi to the «Max-Planck-Institute». |
