[求助] 新加坡国立的博后，已经在Dean's office了，是不是已经板上订钉的事了？

面试时老板个人答应接收我，但是没给过口头offer，说是可能有另一位教授（应该是项目负责人或是所长）要面试我，结果一直没等到面试。但是等来了答应我的老板发表格过来催我填表格写申请，那边部门的秘书期间还催我发剩下的资料。
于是一个月时间备齐了护照、学位证书、毕业证书、结婚证书公证翻译之类东西扫描全发了过去。
发了一些申请资料过去后，秘书开始催：
Please refer to the email appended below.
Kindly provide us with the following documents:
1. Educational certificates
-       From China – Graduation certificate also required
2. For foreigners - Passport page
– clear soft copy required –at least 150dpi, PDF format and file size must not exceed 2MB
3. For married applicants - Marriage and children birth certificates.
Note:
Supporting documents which are not in English should be submitted together with an official English translation done by a certified translator, High Commission/Embassy or a notary public.

其它资料发完，剩下护照没办好还没发的时候，秘书再催：
Received the attachments with thanks. We will proceed to process your application.
We look forward to receiving the passport page from you when it is available.
护照也发过去后：
Received the attachment with thanks.
由于一直没收到确认要我的口头offer，所以我还是不安，于是过了两个礼拜，也就是昨天，发信去询问，以确认我是不是铁定可以去了：
I am sorry to trouble you. May I ask that when will the application process be completed?  I am going to get everything ready for Singapore upon receiving the offer.
Thank you very much.
秘书答曰：
Your application is in progress. Kindly allow another two or three weeks for Dean’s office to get in touch with you regarding the offer.
还是不确定，于是在发过去确认：
Thank you for your notice. Does that mean I will definitely get the offer and is going to work in Prof. XXX's group? Please understand, as I will refuse other native offers.
回信似乎让我更不安：
We are still in the midst of processing your application.  if everything goes well, Dean’s office will be in touch with you.

秘书说话很严谨的很官方的样子，得不到确切的答案，求助这里的各位过来人，这个状态是不是可以不用担心了？接下来，如果收到了offer，是不是立即马上要过去？还是在offer中可以商定时间？因为现在没有确定的信息，搞得我都不知道该不该开始去新加坡的心理和物质上的准备……
