When the para-position substitutive halogen is bromine atom, the activity is the best, followed by chlorine atom and fluorine atom. At the same time, the activity in meta-position is stronger than the ability in para-position. Therefore, we predict it has the strongest EGFR activity (structure with a bromine atom in meta-position).
