[求助] with editor状态快五个月了

2011年12月4日投稿Analytica chimica acta，到现在已经4个多月了，还是with editor状态，中间大概3月中旬催过一次稿, status date 日期更新了下，不过还是with editor状态。

该稿件是重投稿的，第一次投稿是去年9月27日，那次审稿结果是11月4日出来的，结论如下：

We would therefore be willing to consider a new manuscript that describes this work. Since this will be considered as a new submittal, it can be submitted online at any future time. In such a case, in the cover letter please address the prior comments of the reviewers, detailing what changes have been made.

不过有一点，现在催稿不见得一定能到编辑手里面。
