5mL each hydrofluoric acid and nitric acid solution is titrated synchronously and then the sample is put into an automatic microwave oven for digesting after preheated 20 minutes on heating panel. Then the sample is heated and perchloric acid is titrated into the sample to eliminate hydrofluoric acid to protect testing equipment from corrosion while digesting process completed. Cooled down to room temperature the sample solution is put into a 50mL volumetric flask, and is ready for testing while the volume is set by 5% nitric acid.
