我也是做厌氧菌的，现在也是无法解决液体厌氧培养技术，我现在都是把液体的瓶子放在厌氧罐中培养。曾有位老师说可以厌氧包培养（An easy way is using AnaeroPouch or anacropack to reduce the O2 concentration, products from which company does not count, jar is ok for plates culture, bag is convenient for liquid culture.），不知各位有没有使用过厌氧包？
