如题：很焦虑，文章今天被拒啦！审了六个多月，decision in process 3个多星期，以这个理由拒了，想不通！投的是Nonlinear Analysis Series A: Theory, Methods & Applications

The paper is not enough motivated. It appears that the Author proves only a partial result.
The results of existence and non existence can be improved. It appear that the threshold
exponent for existence and non existence is not the same. This shows that this is only
a partial result.
We suggest the Author to improve the result and to submit a new version of the paper.
