请教高手们，小弟投JCA遇到这种情况，我是重投呢？还是改投其他，望指点！谢谢

As you can see, although the presented topic is of interest for the readers of Journal of Chromatography A, the paper is not clearly presented and well organized. Specific criticism is reported in the enclosed e-mail and I strongly agree especially with the recommendations of the 1st and 2nd reviewers who advised the rejection. Besides these reviewers' conclusions, I believe that the work has some merit. However additional work must be done in order to clear what is new (methodologically); additional experiments or data have been advised (see 2nd report); some data must be condensed. Further information about "aims and scope" of our Journal can be obtained going at Elsevier's web site www.elsevier.com/locate/chroma *.
