美国学校要我交Computer Access Fee，大家听说过没有。

联系的美国学校让我交Computer Access Fee，一年$1,952，貌似是使用电脑和图书馆的费用，大家听说过这个Fee没有？貌似以前的同事没人说要交啊。钱也不少，是每个学校都要交吗，还是这个学校比较特殊？ 有没有前辈知道啊，帮忙回答一下吧。 下面是对方学校给的信，说要交费的说明。 *** has asked that I give the amount that will be involved in the computer access fees which the CALF fee.
