We have received notification from our bank that you have made a payment of USD 135 toward the open-access fee for one of your papers to be published in Acta Cryst. E (Invoice E-2945). Please note the money we received is an underpayment of USD 15. Please ensure that the amount we receive for future papers is the full USD 150 and that all the bank charges (both sending and receiving banks) are covered by you as the remitter. (On one of the forms that is used by the Bank of China you need to mark the OUR box under section 71A.)
