[交流] Fnding That I Can Not Insist On My Own Plan

During the winter holiday, i planed to stuy some software on my major. But when i now in the school, i just cannot help to surf the internet, even that i sit there almost do nothing.
But, when i make my heart to get ready to study, i can learn all day. however i find that in this way, my study efficiency is low.
Guys, do you have such prblems?

I have the same problem , I  use my lap-top computer  and I wanna write my paper , then I just go far away my  original purpose, and  pay my attention  on the taobao!! I can concentrate on shopping onlime and enjoying it ,but it is hard for me to keep my eye on my paper!
so ,I thimk my self -control is very very very poor!!

Reading books instead of surfing the internet.

I have the same problem for a long time.  I set some goals  but cannot devote myself into them. I regret that I waste time after I wander a lot. Yesterday I downloaded a software named Daocaoren to supervise myself to complete my plan everyday and achieve long-term goals. Maybe you can try it too.
    It's the second day I follow my plan to do things effectively. Best wishes for myself to persist on.
