The upcoming OEMA2012 proceedings covers, but not limited to the following areas:
Photonics Materials and Devices
Optical Materials and Devices
NEMS/MEMS Materials and Devices
Electronic Materials and Instruments
Modeling, Simulation and Applications

Submission and Publication
Only original and unpublished paper will be considered. All accepted papers will be published by TTP, in Advanced Materials Research (AMR) Journal (ISSN: 1022-6680) or Springer,in Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering (LNEE)(ISSN: 1876-1100), which is online available in full text via the platform www.scientific.net. AMR should be indexed by EI according the previous TTP index results.
所有录用的文章将由TTP旗下的国际学术期刊AMR和SPRINGER旗下的LNEE出版并将EI检索,OEMA2011全部文章会后不到一个月EI检索。
All papers should be in PDF format, and submitted electronically through the conference website. The manuscripts should be written in English, and follow the AMR(LNEE) format provided on the conference website. Papers are limited to 4 to 5 pages(7 to 8 pages), and shorter paperswill be rejected directly.

International Conference on Optical, Electronic Materials and Applications (OEMA) 2012 will be held on May 4-6, 2012, in Chongqing, China, which is organized by Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Chongqing Normal University, Wuhan University of Technology, Nanyang Technological University, Hebei Polytechnic University, and sponsored by National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) All accepted papers will be published by TTP, in Advanced Materials Research (AMR) Journal (ISSN: 1022-6680), which is online available in full text via the platform www.scientific.net. 第二届光、电子、材料与应用国际会议OEMA2012将于2012年5月4日至6日在中国重庆召开，会议得到了湖南工程学院、上海交通大学、河南科技学院、沈阳理工大学与重庆师范大学的相关专家的支持，同时会议还得到了瑞士知名的出版社TTP的大力支持，并将由TTP旗下的国际期刊Advanced Materials Research (AMR) Journal (ISSN: 1022-6680)或Springer旗下的期刊Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering (ISSN: 1876-1100,简称LNEE) (1660-9336)出版并EI核心检索。
