由德方提供16份奖学金的亥姆霍兹慕尼黑中心HELENA国际博士项目已有17人参与

从经验上看，出国攻博博士门槛最低的是留学基金委的公派研究生项目，因为规模大，申请人只要横向一比较，学校比较好，本人在院系里领先，基本上就没有大问题了。其次便是在本栏目中经常出现的DIY，自己不想不愿公派，但是或者文章数量多或者实验能力强，于是重点选定一些高校团队，针对性寄发联系函，看对方教授团队有无经费、有无兴趣接收。另外，还有一些由外方大单位或基金会性质的奖学金资助机构提供的联合评审的奖学金项目，比如亥姆霍兹博士生学院项目、马普以及德国癌症研究中心的国际博士生班项目等。每个项目虽然只有十几至二十余份奖学金，但是却对全球申请人开放，而且初选合格者将被邀请去德国接受集体面试。后面这种奖学金的竞争力度最大，程序当然也最复杂，一般只有10%左右的通过率。但是凡被邀请出国面试者，其实际上的通过率就已经在40-60%之间了。所以对外语能力强、个人条件好的学生来说，跟全球的申请人一起拼这些奖学金也仍然是一种很好的选择，因为外方奖学金是对个人能力的承认，而且待遇一般比前两者要高。 最近德国亥姆霍兹慕尼黑中心发布了在环境与健康领域的八个环境健康研究方向与慕尼黑大学和慕尼黑工大合作的Helena项目，包括16份博士生奖学金： http://www.helmholtz-helena.de/h ... /general/index.html 项目申请的截止日期为5月6号，可供不甘心走公派项目的同学考虑。[ Last edited by 老海龟 on 2012-2-24 at 10:14 ] |
