高斯计算死于9999

用6-311g(d,p)进行优化Zn2Cp*，一切ok, 用6-311+g(d,p)优化失败，尝试过多种方法 其中，读Chk： %chk=zn.chk %mem=4gb # B3LYP/6-311+g(d,p) opt(tight,nolinear) guess=read geom=allcheck 最后 Error termination request processed by link 9999. Error termination via Lnk1e in /public/software/g03/g03/l9999.exe 能量振荡（如图），尝试过opt(gdiis),不见效果 轨道有问号（如图） 请问，该如何解决呢？谢谢  |

我已按您说的投了，计算中…… 另外再问您一个问题： 做BSSE时，输入为： # b3LYP/6-311+g(d) Counterpoise=2 Opt(tight,nolinear) 结果死于： No special actions if energy rises. Density matrix is not changing but DIIS error= 1.22D-05 CofLast=-1.87D-03. The SCF is confused. Error termination via Lnk1e in /public/software/g03/g03/l502.exe at Mon Feb 13 01:34:46 2012. 请问该如何处理呢？ |
