去年11月份投稿EST（ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY），最近返回意见，三个审稿人中，两个给出“Accept, with major revisions”，另一个给出“Reconsider after major revisions”，但编辑却给了Rejection；理由是“A major concern is grammar. Further, …… there are concerns about the sampling approach as well……”
不知道是否可以申诉获得机会，毕竟，EST的重要性不言而喻……
