关于SCI审稿后modification的问题

投稿到JOURNAL OF THE CHEMICAL SOCIETY OF PAKISTAN（JCSP），现在回信了，让修改，主编传了两个附件，一个是comments，内容如下：(1)The language of the articles may review through native English speaker and the changes may be highlighted in the article for the altention of editor. (2)The symbols are converted into square through the article. Kindly modify whole article. (3)References are not according to the format of journal. Kindly write the full name of Journals instead of abbreviation with italic form. ，我看的不是很明白，请问各位上面是什么意思呢？他让我修改文章需要改变的部分，highlighted in the article的意思是不是应该有另外一个文章附件传上来呢？是不是主编少传了呢？ 另一个是modification by author,主要内容如下： Dear. Dr. ***, Your Manuscript has been examined by the referees, in the light of whose comments, it has been: ii) Resubmitted for modification (referee comments enclosed). EDITOR N.B: 1) In case of the referee has suggested some amendments, kindly provide a separate point-wise statement of the changes made by you in the manuscript, giving the page numbers and line numbers of the revised manuscript where the changes have been incorporated. 对于这个modification by author，我觉得是不是主编少写了一些东西呢？没有i)，怎么就直接有ii)呢？ 由于第一次投稿，很迷茫。现在不知道应该怎么给主编回信了，期盼各位给予帮助，谢谢！！ |

非常感谢，祝您新春快乐！审稿人只是笼统的给出了上面三条意见，并没有在文章中标记哪些地方有问题，我应该怎么办呢？：(1)The language of the articles may review through native English speaker and the changes may be highlighted in the article for the altention of editor. (2)The symbols are converted into square through the article. Kindly modify whole article. (3)References are not according to the format of journal.
