[求助] the PROC MIXED procedure with REPEATED statement of SAS

All statistical analyses were performed using the PROC MIXED procedure with REPEATED statement of SAS (SAS v 9.1; SAS Inst. Inc., Cary, NC, USA). Fixed effects in the model were different carbon source, incubation time, DON, and the interaction between incubation time and DON and between carbon source and DON. Individual incubation bottle nested within treatment was a random effect. All multiple comparisons except for DON degradation between least squares means for treatment, incubation time, and the interaction between treatment and incubation time were carried out with Tukey–Kramer method at P<0.05. DON degradation was carried out with PROC GLM method at P<0.05.

所有统计分析采用PROC MIXED procedure with REPEATED statement of SAS 进行。模型中的固定效应有不同碳源、孵育时间，DON以及孵育时间与DON和碳源与DON之间的相互作用。孵化瓶为随机效应。除。。。。。之外的所有多重比较均以Tukey–Kramer 法按P<0.05进行。DON降解以PROC GLM 法按P<0.05进行。
