[求助] 材料-化学-冶金类哪些国外SCI或EI期刊刊发速度快且相对容易接收？

由于本人英文论文水平有效，但有急需发表论文，特此求助，具体要求：
1、SCI或EI收录的源期刊（任选其一就可以）；
2、必须是国外的期刊（不管是美国、英国，还是利比亚、伊拉克，只要是国外就行），按周期发行的正刊或特别增刊。（收录会议的期刊不算）
3、审稿要求不严，只要没有大的学术问题、道德问题都能通过；
4、刊发速度快，最好能在投稿4、5个月以内刊发出来，最迟也能在投稿6、7个月能刊发出来；
5、期刊领域：材料-化学-冶金-化工都可以。

《Materials Science Forum》等专门收录国际会议的期刊，虽然也被EI检索，也挂着期刊的名，但在很多单位已被认定为会议论文，而不是期刊论文，所以不再此求助范围内。
