投稿系统中的问题，我该怎么选呢，谢谢

Papers describing any experimental work with humans should include a statement that the Ethical Committee of the institution in which the work was done has approved it, and that the subjects gave informed consent to the work. Papers reporting new sequence data will not be published unless the sequence has an accession number from one of the public databases (GenBank/EMBL/DDBJ). If public access to the sequence data has been prevented until publication, the data must be provided in machine-readable form on request for the use of the Editor and/or referees 俩个选项是： This paper complies with these requirements Not applicable (no human or animal experimentation is reported) . 我该选哪个呢，关键是上面的意思不是很理解！ |
