The main problem of this manuscript is that immediately
one notices that the English and typesetting should be improved. They are both unacceptable
in the present form. At many points there is no spacing. Several examples are already present
in the abstract and keywords: ”existence of wavelet bases,then provides” where there is no
spacing after the comma. Elsewhere the English is poor such as (to mention a few...)

page 5: conditions for the bases straightly.
page 6: or orhers ,we can obtain

Also it would be important to describe in an explicit fashion the applications in the cases, for example, of defects as mentioned by the authors.
