no matter how delicious the food is, if you eat too much, you will be disgusted....
no matter how beautiful something is, if you stare at it too long, you will be tired, you will be puzzled what is beauty.
that is to say, whatever you do, control the degree, control yourself, stop at the proper time.

I am too tired today, I have stared at the computer screen for too long time. sometimes, I am not able to control myself, I can not leave... I am obsessed by emuch, by english cafe. I am headache.

I should leave... god bless me. I am afraid. I want a simple life.
