请教，我这是悲剧了吗？还是说修改后还可以重投？

Please follow the instructions and you may consider resubmitting your manuscript for publication. Yours sincerely, 附件是： The main problem of this manuscript is that immediately one notices that the English and typesetting should be improved. They are both unacceptable in the present form. At many points there is no spacing. Several examples are already present in the abstract and keywords: ”existence of wavelet bases,then provides” where there is no spacing after the comma. Elsewhere the English is poor such as (to mention a few...) page 1: present time,the most studies of wavelet bases page 2: this paper provided page 5: conditions for the bases straightly. page 6: or orhers ,we can obtain page 7: form this mask Also it would be important to describe in an explicit fashion the applications in the cases, for example, of defects as mentioned by the authors. At this stage this paper can be considered for review in this journal. 惭愧啊…… 现在的状态是in editing 应该是悲剧了吧，我下一步该做什么呢？  |
