I have submitted my revised manuscription at 9-Feb. 2012, all the comments from referees are positive, unfortunately, I don't receive the review results, the status is shown that the one of referee is still not response to the editor,

the original has been revised and re-sbumitted to the journal, the reviewers' comments are very positive, why one of the referee is still reviewing my paper?
in my revised paper, i have added two authors in our revised paper,
it is quite influenced for this changes of authors?
I don't know when i get the review results..
some one can give me some advice for me??
