[求助] 在JPCC上投了稿，编辑给的信看不懂，希望大家帮忙

在JPCC上投稿了，自己第一次投稿，有点迷茫。编辑给的信，内容如下，不知道啥意思，也不知道我该做些什么，请高手指点！谢谢！
The electronic Journal Publishing Agreement is now available for completion from your ACS Paragon Plus Home page.

To access the electronic Journal Publishing Agreement, please log in to your ACS Paragon Plus Home page at http://paragonplus.acs.org/login.  Click on either the "Submitted Manuscripts" or the “Forms Awaiting Completion” queue and then click on the "Complete Journal Publishing Agreement" link.  If you have forgotten your User ID and password, you can retrieve your account information by using the Password Help function at http://paragonplus.acs.org/login.

Please take the time to read and complete the appropriate section of the electronic Journal Publishing Agreement by typing your name in the box and dating the Agreement.  When you are finished, click "Submit" at the bottom of the form.

Only the Corresponding Author, that is, the author managing the submission of the manuscript, can complete this electronic version of the Journal Publishing Agreement.  If an author other than the Corresponding Author should sign the Journal Publishing Agreement or if you think you are not authorized to sign the Agreement, consult http://pubs.acs.org/page/copyright/journals/index.htmlfor complete instructions.

We must have a completed Journal Publishing Agreement to publish your manuscript.  If you have any questions, please contact the American Chemical Society Publications Help Desk at support@services.acs.org.

现在Journal Publishing Agreement 可以电子提交了，Email的前两段说的就是这个，按他说的点击 "Complete Journal Publishing Agreement"，回答问题然后提交即可。

谢谢，但是我按照他说的，没法点击Forms Awaiting Completion，怎么办？
