| 通过对小鼠注射D-半乳糖构建小鼠亚急性衰老模型，研究不同氨基葡萄糖美拉德反应产物（G-MRPs）对亚急性衰老小鼠肝脏抗氧化酶活性、总抗氧化能力以及MDA含量和脾脏、胸腺指数的影响。结果表明：高剂量450mg/kg.d的G-MRPs样品M-60、M-120对亚急性衰老小鼠肝脏抗氧化酶活性及总抗氧化能力有显著提高（p<0.01），同时能够显著降低小鼠肝脏MDA含量（p<0.01）。各剂量组G-MRPs样品M-60、M-120与模型组相比，对小鼠脾脏、胸腺指数均有一定的提高，但并无显著效果。表明G-MRPs样品M-60、M-120具有很好的体内抗氧化能力，对实验结果进行了进一步分析讨论。 |

| The studies of the activity of different G-MRPs to sub-acute-apolexis mice liver's antioxidase and total anti-oxidation and their influence on MDA content and index of spleen and thymus are carried on by injecting the D-galatose to the mice to construct the sub-acute-apolexis mice model. The results indicate that high dose G-MRPs samples of M-60 and M-120 significantly improve the the mice liver's antioxidase and total anti-oxidation（p<0.01）,meanwhile decrease the MDA content(p<0.01). Although all dose G-MRPs samples of M-60 and M-120 have no significant effect, they improve the index of spleen and thymus individually in a certain extent. The further results shows that G-MRPs sample of M-60 and M-120 have commendably ability of anti-oxidation. |
