the relative activity(%) is different when adding different salts into the reaction system;

for the same salt, there is different activity for different quantity: 3.5 for 5mM CaCL2 and 4.1 for 20mM CaCL2; 11.3 for 5mM ZnCL2 and 26.8 for 20 mM ZnCL2;
in addition, it is true with two mixed salts. the activity is 11.3 for 5mM CaCL2, 5mM ZnCL2, 26.7 for 5mM CaCL2, 20mM ZnCL2, 27.8 for 20mM CaCL2, 20mM ZnCL2 and 82.9 for 20 mM ZnCL2, 3M NaCL .
