Retaining test showed that different concentration of A solution can process various degree after dipped on reducing the decreasing speed of fish feeling index, volatile base nitrogen, increasing speed of TBA value, bacterium number and acidity. It can slow down the process of corrosion of fish and exerts a function as extending retaining time and using its edibility and merchandise value to maximum degree. In practice, 0.25% of A can get good retaining performance and extends the retaining time of B from 4 days to 12 days.
