to express yourself  is a knowledge. The only way to solve any different questions is communication with others. Therefore, to express yourself effectively and briefly is very very significant. We can accumulate our skills through practices . Otherwises, we can directly learn from our friends , colleagues and so on. I am sure we can grasp the skills to express ourselves by using above ways and be eloquent.

I am the one who couldn't epress myself well especially in English, and would be much better in Chinese I think...From my point of view, practice is very important, you would learn a lot from talking with native English speakers, and I am trying to conquer my shyness and fear...Fighting!

I can't agree more with the point that we may fail to communicate with the ones that we care about most, such as our parents, our brothers. We may have less patience with them. I assume we should do more on selfcultivation...
