2.2.3 The analysis of SEM graph.
The MAC and Ag-MAC SEM graphs, Fig.3 and Fig.4, are magnified 10000 times and 5000 times individually. In these graphs, tiny silver particles are averagely distributed on the surface of MAC. Comparing the scale in Fig. 3 and Fig. 4, the particles could be determined as silver particles at nanometer level, for most particles’ diameter are below 500 nm in size. Fig. 5 is the compare of non-immobilized lipase of Ag-MAC and the immobilized one and this graph shows that lipase is well attached to the surface of Ag-MAC pore; meanwhile, the enzyme attached point is closer to that of nanometer silver particles , and maybe it is for the silver particle features, nanometer coordination, strong attachment, resulting in enzyme attracted to silver particles easily .
