The original membrane has two sides, one facing cytosol space and one facing periplasm space. I believe what you mentioned means the vesicle has the correct orientation. The periplasm side facing out and the cytosol side facing inside of the vesicle. [ 发自手机版 http://muchong.com/3g ] |
