[求助] 新手初投文章能否一稿多投增加命中率再选择性撤稿

快毕业了，终于赶出篇英文的文章，担心只投一个杂志被拒会耽误一段时间，能否同时投几个杂志，比如从高级到低级期刊，或同级别，若有杂志有接收意向，再选择性的撤稿。给点具体意见吧。
