A "retro-inverso peptide", as used herein, refers to a peptide with a reversal of the direction of the peptide bond at at least one position, i.e., a reversal of the amino- and carboxy-termini with respect to the side chain of the amino acid. Retro-inverso peptides may contain L-amino acids or D-amino acids, or a mixture of L-amino acids and D-amino acids. The term “retro-inverso isomer” refers to an isomer of a linear peptide in which the direction of the sequence is reversed and the chirality of each amino acid residue is inverted. See, e.g., Jameson et al., Nature, 368, 744-746 (1994); Brady et al., Nature, 368, 692-693 (1994). 希望以上两个解释能有所帮助。 |
