Let me try it. I am not familiar with your field, just a try.
Here, a novel fluorescent probe for nitric oxide was synthesized the structure was explored. The probe was coupled with cyclam-Cu2+ complex that it alone does not emit fluorescence. However, when reacted with NO, excited under the wavelength of 465nm, it will emit fluorescence and the maximum wavelength of emission is 524nm. The intensity of fluorescence was influenced by PH value and the intensity reached peak value under PH4.5. The fluorescent probe exhibited excellent selection to NO in the appearance of H2O2 and/or ONOO-. A relationship curve was developed between fluorescent intensity and NOC-18, a stimulator of NO production. At range of 4x10e5 to14x10e5 mol/L of NOC-18, the fluorescent intensity was positively regulated by increasing NOC-18 concentration. Hence, NO production can be determined directly through measuring fluorescent intensity.
