投materials characterization 原地踏步 无缘under review

近期向materials characterization投了篇文章，第一次要求修改格式，第二次要求修改英文，找了本组发文章最牛的一师兄帮忙修改完后又发过去，结果当天就回信了，邮件内容居然和上一次一字不差（下附），要求re-submission after english improvement，有点不知道怎么修改了。尤其说“the manuscript is too confusing ”，是不是说文章的内容也应该重新组织一下呢？多谢了！ Dear xxx， I am sorry to inform you that in the present form, it will not be possible to publish the paper you have submitted to Materials Characterization. Unfortunately, all papers submitted to the journal are published in English, and the grammar must be correct. In its present form, the manuscript is too confusing and requires too much work to edit for publication. 。。。。。 I would suggest that you ask someone who is very fluent in English to work with you and correct the grammar in your paper.
