自己参考了google翻译,能看看有哪些问题需要修改? 最小切削厚度是切削形成切屑的极限,最小切削厚度对超精密加工的表面质量有重要影响,随切削厚度趋近于最小切削厚度,则切削表面质量趋于较好,而一旦切削厚度减小到最小切削厚度以下,就会出现耕犁现象,使耕犁表面质量变差;随着切削厚度逐步减小,耕犁现象逐步消失,直至切削表面只发生弹塑性变形,使表面质量又趋于好转。在超精密加工时,控制切削参数,使切削厚度始终大于最小切削厚度,不发生耕犁现象,是获得优异表面质量的主要方法。而如何控制切削参数,长期以来靠加工者经验来选择,缺少理论依据。因此超精密加工理论、技术还有许多问题不明确,亟待补充完善。 MTC is the tipping point of formation the chip, MTC have major effect on surface quality of the ultra-precision machining. When ultra-precision machining, control the cutting parameters, so that the cutting thickness is always greater than the MTC, plowing phenomenon does not occur, is main method to obtain excellent surface quality. And the cutting parameters are select on the basis of experience by the processor for a long time, so lack theoretical basis. Therefore, ultra-precision machining theory, there are many technical issues are not clear, urgent need to supplement and perfect. |
