最近投了一篇文章给PCA，审稿后两个审稿人一个建议修改后接受，一个直接拒掉，但编辑好像意思是可以根据审稿人意见修改后作为新稿件重投，不知道有没有希望，到底是改投呢还是重投？？
编辑意见如下：You will see that the referees have made major criticisms concerning your paper, and have recommended that the work is not suitable, in the form presented, for publication in Phytochemical Analysis.
In the light of their comments, I am afraid that I cannot proceed with processing your manuscript in its current form. I can, however, invite you to consider rewriting your paper after you have carried out the critical revisions (including the introduction of the new data requested) according to the recommendations of the referees and to forward the manuscript as a NEW SUBMISSION to Phytochemical Analysis. |
