However, the compositions of sewage and sludge samples are more complex than those of samples above because of high content of organic matter. Hence, there is a need for suitable sample pretreatment schemes, which is in good agreement with those for determination of total As by HG-AFS methods. On the other hand, the procedure aiming at the optimization of complete sample digestion leading to reliable and rapid methods without loss of analyte should be considered. Till now there were no relevant reports on the determinations of total As in sewage and sludge samples by using the same method of complete digestion. 大致意思是:然而,污水、污泥样品中由于含有高浓度有机质,比前述样品成分更加复杂,因此,需要采用一个合适的样品前处理方法以确保可以采用HG-AFS方法测定其中总砷。此外,还需考虑优化的、完善的样品预处理方法的快速、可靠和低损失。截至目前,还未见采用同一消解方法对污水、污泥中TAs进行测定。 |

In addition, the speediness, reliablity and low loss of the optimized and perfect sample pretreatment method should be considered. Up to now, there have been no relevant reports on the determinations of total As in sewage and sludge samples by using the same method of complete digestion. |
