急问：投到springer旗下的文章接收后出版社邮件中的问题求助

本人一文章发到water, air and soil pollution，最近接收后，收到springer的邮件，内容如下： your article has gone into production. Before we can send you your proofs, we have to ask you to provide some additional information. Please go to the following website (you may need to copy and paste the URL into your browser: so as to indicate whether you wish to order Open Access, i.e., make the published version of the article available with open access for a fee or as part of an institutional arrangement order paper offprints or e-offprints of your article upon issue publication order poster of your article with issue cover page, article title and the authorship order printing of figures in color in the journal and to transfer the copyright of your article (if you do not order Open Access) In order for the publication of your article to proceed you must go to the above website and complete the request. PLEASE NOTE: This link expires WITHIN 7 DAYS after this e-mail has been sent to you so please make sure you complete the request before this date. 大概意思是问我是否选择订购open access,单行印刷、封面广告和彩色出版的事情，如果不订购open access，则需要转让版权。 现在问题是： 刚收到邮件时，点击链接，还让做出是否订购的选择； 一天后，再点击链接，已经变成： 发生错误很抱歉，我们无法提供您请求的页面。 ! 提醒信息字段： 生产过程已经启动，不能再对其施加任何影响。（authorquery_failed 或 request_processed） 我觉得很奇怪，我都没有操作，出版社的要求填写订购事项的页面怎么自动就变更成不能操作了呢。（问了我导师，他也没有操作） 有高手帮忙指点一下是怎么回事，(悬赏2金币)谢谢啊。 [ Last edited by evaa on 2011-8-5 at 15:54 ] |
