at present, i am looking for a full time to change my current postion.
however, it is so hard and frustrated!
last week i attended a interviews for one process engineer position. there were four interviewers and they asked many questions including why to change and what to have been done in ur corrent position.
ok, for what i have done, it is simple to answer. but for why to change, so boring, i talked from promotion\study from works\career planning and salary. in addition, i compained it is not so fair for my current position.
however, one interviewer was not so happy to ask some details and maybe thinked i lacked of termwork.
so frustrated, and now waiting for feedback and miss or offer, half to half
