请大家帮我看看这个拒稿信。。。 已有12人参与

初次投稿，投的是nuclear engineering and design，过了两个多月吧，今天收到的，网站状态显示是reject，view letter里面是这么说，不知道还有希望没有，真心求助。不知道是不是客套话，哎。 Dear Mr. xxx In its current form, this paper is not acceptable for publication in NED.
