关于Food Chemistry的几个问题

各位虫友们，我目前做的实验是光谱法测定食品中食用色素的含量，研究的是这种食用色素的与探针机理，表征手段是吸收光谱解析、透射电镜图等，如果投外文期刊的话，我想投食品方面的期刊，请问Food Chemistry这个杂志，投稿需要审稿费和版面费吗？投稿难度大吗？审稿周期长吗？ 请投过该杂志的研友们提供下好的建议，谢谢！！ Open access This journal offers you the option of making your article freely available to all via the ScienceDirect platform.
