[求助] 关于Food Chemistry的几个问题

各位虫友们,我目前做的实验是光谱法测定食品中食用色素的含量,研究的是这种食用色素的与探针机理,表征手段是吸收光谱解析、透射电镜图等,如果投外文期刊的话,我想投食品方面的期刊,请问Food Chemistry这个杂志,投稿需要审稿费和版面费吗?投稿难度大吗?审稿周期长吗?

This journal offers you the option of making your article freely available to all via the ScienceDirect platform. To prevent any conflict of interest, you can only make this choice after receiving notification that your article has been accepted for publication. The fee of $3,000 excludes taxes and other potential author fees such as color charges. Food Chemistry这个杂志是食品里面的比较高IF的,是免费的,你做的东西也很适合投食品的sci,这个杂志稿源n多,周期比较长,运气好的话也可能会比较快,但是外文的文章投哪都不快的,半年以内出结果的算快的了,只能投出去等待,祝楼主好运!
